When redrawing the pattern printing layout, I had half a dozen pieces that were small enough to print on to A3, and which allowed me to reduce the size of the rest of the sheets and thus the printing costs.

Thus today was spent taping together a dozen sheets of A3 paper to form one large sheet, transferring the designs to various colours of ripstop fabric and then cutting them out. The two black pieces are the sum total of back fabric in this inflatable as are the three yellow pieces.

For this design I’m switching from my usual cored polyester thread and using a much heavier weight bonded nylon. Still sewing will have to wait until later in the week
