Just a half day today, the first job of the day being to measure up the nearside wall for lining. This was done twice as was the marking out of my last full sheet of plywood, as yesterday I made two identical errors measuring and cutting the wood for the window reveal.

With the sheet cut it was checked for size before marking out the hole for the window on the reverse side and cutting it out with a jigsaw. The fit was checked a second time and FC-40 applied to the metalwork and Instant grab to the woodwork before the final fitting. The lining panel was the pin tacked to the window reveal and partition wall and at the door opening various props and wedges were used to hold the lining tight to the vans framing.
