Well this evening I sold my surplus gas pipe to another member of the SBMCC having posted a For Sale message on the forum last week. What ever did we do before PayPal, having agreed the sale price the money was in my account before the evening was out.
I could even have printed out and address label with the postage on it and have paid for same all with out getting up from my laptop. However I chose to have Leng take the pipe to the post office tomorrow and pay for the postage there, not that I don’t trust the online system, its just that I am without a printer a present.
Having recovered some fund I immediately proceeded to spend it on three curtain rails for the van.
