In the past Hertfordshire timber supplies have held stocks of birch faced ply but apparently this is no longer the case. As a result instead of buying just a couple of sheets I ended up, standing in the timber merchant’s sketching out the van and calculating the total plywood requirement, then placing an order. Hopefully the ply will arrive before the weekend.
With no timber the rest of the morning was spent clearing the garage in readiness and making several; trips the recycling centre AKA ‘The Dump’.
