Glue
I have a dislike of using pins in ripstop particularly in the centre of panels as they leave holes so I tend to use glue to temporarily attach appliqué pieces. If you are feeling particularly wealthy you can use Gutterman HT2 Textile Adhesive, however there are other very similar glues that do the job just as well and at significantly lower cost:
- Wickes Extra Strong Clear Adhesive
- UHU Power all purpose adhesive
- Bostik Glu&Fix all purpose clear
